Loften Home started with a simple frustration. Most home shops are either cheap and nasty, or a familiar brand name with a big markup on the side. We wanted a third way.
So we built a short, sharp range of genuinely useful things for the home. Kitchen, bathroom, garden and household kit that we would happily use ourselves. Every product has to earn its place. If it does not solve a real problem in a real home, it does not go on the shelf. If you could buy the identical thing cheaper elsewhere, we do not stock it.
No filler. No overpriced brands. That is the whole idea, and it keeps the range small on purpose. A small, trusted shelf beats a giant lazy one.
We pack every order ourselves
There is no warehouse in the middle and no dropshipping from a supplier when you order. We hold the stock, we check it, and we pack and post it ourselves from the UK, usually within one working day. It means we only ever list what we actually have in hand, and it means someone who cares is looking at your order.
Where we are heading
We are new and we are small, and we are honest about that. The plan is not to stay online only. Over time we want to open Loften Home shops in towns across the UK and stand shoulder to shoulder with the big names in home and kitchen, on quality and on price. We are building the shop properly from day one so it can grow into that, one honest sale at a time.
