What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, to handle any returns, and to contact you about that order. Our lawful basis is performance of the contract between us. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing without your clear consent.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need to for accounting and legal reasons, and no longer than necessary.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@loftenhome.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
