Black Friday Robot Vacuum Deals UK 2026: What to Watch

A UK guide to Black Friday 2026 robot vacuum deals. When the sale lands, which robot vacuums actually drop, how to tell a genuine saving from an inflated RRP, and the one feature worth waiting for the discount on.

Robot vacuums are one of the few gadgets where Black Friday genuinely changes what you can afford. The premium self-emptying, mop-washing models carry enough margin that a real discount is worth serious money, and the sale is the one time of year they reliably move. This guide is not a list of invented discounts. It is how to shop the robot vacuum sale properly: when it lands, which tiers actually drop, how to tell a genuine saving from an inflated RRP, and which feature is worth holding out for the discount on. For the full model-by-model comparison, see our Best Robot Vacuums UK 2026 guide.

Some links in this guide are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are set by Amazon, so always check the current price before you buy. This guide does not quote prices or discounts, because they change through the sale.

When is Black Friday 2026 in the UK?

  • Black Friday: Friday 27 November 2026.
  • Cyber Monday: Monday 30 November 2026.
  • The real window runs from the Monday before, around 23 November, through the following week, with early-access deals starting in early to mid November. Robot vacuums are a category where the best models can sell out of the keenest price mid-sale, so it pays to decide what you want before the week starts rather than during it.

Which robot vacuums actually drop

The pattern repeats most years: the discounts are deepest where the margin is, which is the premium all-in-one models with self-emptying, mop-washing docks. That is good news, because those are exactly the models that are hard to justify at full price.

  • Premium all-in-one (self-empty, wash and refill docks). The flagships from Roborock, Dreame and eufy see their biggest cash savings of the year, because there is the most room to move. If you have wanted the dock that empties and washes itself, this is the window.
  • Mid-range LiDAR models. Solid self-empty-only models drop meaningfully too, and are often the sweet spot once the flagship's remaining premium is stripped back.
  • Budget self-empty. These are already cheap, so the cash saving is smaller, but a modest drop can bring a self-empty dock into reach for a flat or smaller home.

How to tell a real robot vacuum deal from an inflated RRP

This category is worse than most for fake "was" prices, so three checks before you buy:

  • Check the price history, not the red sticker. A percentage off a freshly inflated RRP is not a saving. Use a price-tracker or your own memory of the real street price from a few weeks before the sale.
  • Match the exact model number. Brands sell near-identical models under slightly different names and dock tiers. A cheaper "deal" is often last year's model or the same robot with a lesser dock. Confirm the suffix matches the one you actually want.
  • Decide the dock tier first. Most of the price difference between models is the dock, not the robot. Settle whether you want self-empty only, or full wash-and-refill, before you shop, so a "deal" on the wrong dock does not tempt you.

The one feature worth waiting for the discount on

If you are going to let Black Friday change your decision, let it be the all-in-one dock. A self-empty dock that also washes and refills the mop pads is the feature that genuinely changes daily life, and it is also the single biggest chunk of the price. Paying full price for it is a stretch; catching it in the sale is where the money is well spent. Suction and navigation differences between good models are smaller than the marketing suggests, so do not pay a premium chasing a higher suction number.

Before you buy, the checks that matter more than the price

  • Thresholds and height. Confirm it clears your door thresholds and fits under your furniture and kickboards. A great deal on a robot that cannot get under the sofa is no deal.
  • Pet hair. If you have pets or long hair, choose a rubber or anti-tangle brush design rather than bristles.
  • Floor type. Mostly hard floor means mopping quality matters, so look at Dreame or Roborock. Mostly carpet means suction and navigation matter more than the mop.
  • Delivery and returns. During the sale, check the delivery date and the returns window before you commit, especially on a larger dock.
